Payment Options

Five Star Companion Care offers flexible payment options to meet the needs of our clients and families. We accept Private Pay as well as state-funded waiver programs, including Community Health Choices plans such as Keystone First and PA Health & Wellness. We also accept Workers’ Compensation and select private insurance plans.

Coverage and eligibility may vary depending on your plan. Some insurers may require pre-authorization, have service limitations, or include co-payments.

We clearly explain all charges, eligibility requirements, and payment options before or at the start of services—ensuring full transparency for you and your family.

Our team also assists with coordinating paperwork and billing insurance on your behalf to help make the process simple and stress-free.
